How do we cultivate and sustain a culture of inclusion in our communities? In-Conversation seeks to answer this question through group discussion, synthesized into actionable steps and practices. Participants will focus on what that looks and feels like in practical terms, including interrogating the major challenges present in curating communities among us who span a wide range of difference. This series is focused on the praxis of inclusion, creating a framework for making this ethic a reality in the attendee’s own context. Open to the members of the ALC community. Light refreshments will be served.
