Akira and Sharlie Miura, Memorial Scholarship for Japanese and ESL Studies Fund
- The purpose of the Fund is to provide an annual scholarship to an undergraduate student, with a preference for an underrepresented student when possible, who is studying Japanese or ESL in the Departments of Asian Languages and Cultures and English respectively.

Cameron G. Keith Memorial Scholarship
- This Fund benefits the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures and supports two scholarships each year. The recipients must be majoring in Japanese and have at least junior standing with a cumulative GPA of 3.5 or above. They must be taking a Japanese related language course during the year of the award and have committed themselves to a Japan-related profession.

Chinese Language and Culture Club Ambassador Fund
- The purpose of the Fund is to provide an annual award to a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate involved in the Chinese Language and Culture Club (CLACC). The scholarship recognizes students who possess a native level of proficiency in Mandarin Chinese, with mastery developed either by having Mandarin as their first language or having learned it at a young age, and a GPA 3.0 or above.

Chinese Language Learners Bridge Fund
- The donors to this Fund wish to assist undergraduate students who are true beginner learners of the Chinese language by supporting the Chinese Program and creating scholarships.

Chinese Language and Culture Club
- The purpose of the Fund is to provide an annual award to a sophomore, junior, or senior undergraduate involved in the Chinese Language and Culture Club (CLACC). Chinese Literature: Essays Articles Reviews (CLEAR) Fund in Asian Languages and Cultures
- CLEAR stands for the journal “Chinese Literature: Essays, Articles, Reviews” which is a project of the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures.

Chou Kuo-ping Chinese Language Studies Fund
- This fund supports students who start learning the Chinese language, to buy Chinese books, and perhaps some tuition.

Chow Tse-tsung Scholarship Fund in Chinese Studies
- The purpose of the fund is to provide support in the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures to support undergraduate and graduate students and junior scholars or writers in the fields of Chinese language, literature and history.

Department of Asian Languages and Cultures
- The purpose of the fund is to provide general support for the Department of Languages and Cultures of Asia.

Ethel Antrim Bird Japanese Studies Fund
- The purpose of the Japanese Studies Fund is to provide funding to “enhance and improve the quality of instruction” of those teaching Japanese in literature and language.

Ellen N. and William E. Fisher Undergraduate Scholarship Fund in Chinese Language
- It is the Donor’s express intent that the award be used by the student to pay a portion of the student’s tuition.

Japanese Floor Fund
- This fund supports programs and events designed to develop students’ language skills. The floor residents will also have opportunities to take an independent study and participate in activities of the International Learning Community, as well as learn about Japanese culture from guest speakers.

Lawrence Louey Memorial Fund
- The sole purpose of the Fund would be to aid the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures in the establishment of the Lawrence Louey Scholarship(s) and for improvement in the Chinese Language program at UW-Madison.

Professor Gwang-Tsai (Arthur) Chen Scholarship Fund
- The scholarship is designated for an undergraduate Chinese major, with a preference for a non-heritage learner (someone who is not only him- or herself not a native speaker, but someone who did not grow up in the home of native-speaker parents).

Paul S. Reinsch Chinese Studies Fellowship Fund
- The sole purpose of this fund is to aid the Department of Asian Languages and Cultures in its teaching, research and public service roles.

Shri Anantnath Endowed Chair in Jain
- The Department of Asian Languages and Cultures will utilize the endowed Shri Anantnath Chair to recruit or retain a scholar in the field of Jain Studies and support the scholar’s teaching and research. In addition to developing and teaching courses on the Jain religion to students at all levels, the holder should train undergraduate and doctoral students within Jain Studies, develop collaborative relationships across disciplines and institutions, while also engaging in outreach activities with the Jain community and the general public.

- The purpose of this fund is to provide financial support to students with an interest in China or Asia.
